You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 (seven) working days from the day of receipt of the order by calling Mixtrading HA at +44(0)7045770198 in the UK and after confirmation by email at info@mixtradingha.co.uk. We shall reimburse the order amount within 30 days counting from the date of receipt of the returned goods without charging additional handling and/or administration fees. The cost of postage (and any other direct or indirect cost to return the products to the premises of Mixtrading HA are at your cost. We recommend that you return a delivery under insurance only.

It can occur that articles can not be delivered because out of stock or due to other reasons. If delivery would not be possible within 14 days from your order, you will be notified. Made to measure products can not be exchanged or reimbursed. We can not accept returned fabrics because of a colour difference between real colours and your PC screen.
